2015年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商有雙酚A裝置（BPA裝置）氣動旋塞閥的2個(gè)合同業(yè)績且單個(gè)合同閥門數(shù)量大于或等于50臺。
其中，至少包含1臺壓力等級不低于600lb的氣動旋塞閥和1臺設(shè)計(jì)溫度不低于250℃的氣動旋塞閥。（需注意：壓力等級和設(shè)計(jì)溫度可以同時(shí)在1臺閥門中體現(xiàn)，也可以分別在2臺閥門中體現(xiàn)；壓力等級和設(shè)計(jì)溫度不要求必須同時(shí)體現(xiàn)在1個(gè)合同業(yè)績中，可以分別在2個(gè)合同業(yè)績中體現(xiàn)。)

Amongthetwocontracts,thereisatleastonepneumaticplugvalveswithapressureclassofnotlessthan600lbandonepneumaticplugvalvewithadesigntemperatureofnotlessthan250℃.(Note:Pressureratinganddesigntemperaturecanbereflectedin1valveatthesametime,orcanbereflectedin2valves;Pressureratinganddesigntemperaturearenotrequiredtobereflectedin1contractatthesametime,butcanbereflectedin2contractperformance.)
Ifthebidderisacompanyresponsibleforsaleswithinthemanufacturer'sgroup,thecontractofthatmanufacturershouldbeprovided.

投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱：（略）、設(shè)計(jì)溫度。
